Dear all - update to the ODRL V2.0 - Common Vocabulary:

New Rights Types:

Added Actions:

 - Position
 - Size
 - Area
 - Language 
 - Product

Cleaned up Overview and fixed some typos

Table 2 (Actions) could be better grouped/presented - any thoughts?
