HCLSIG BioRDF Subgroup/Meetings/2007-09-10 Conference Call/UriNoteStatus

I've been working on one of the subtopics of the recommendations note, namely how to understand a URI. (Others are how to mint, how to publish, what URIs to use for public database records.)

Thanks to David Booth for paying attention to detail, Hal Abelson for a long email exchange, Sandro Hawke for meeting with me last week, and Chimezie for finding and reading an uncirculated wiki page.
