W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of SOAP Version 1.2 to Candidate Recommendation. The specification is in three parts: Part 0: Primer, Part 1: Messaging Framework and Part 2: Adjuncts. Publicly developed, SOAP Version 1.2 is a lightweight protocol for exchanging structured information in a decentralized, distributed environment. Comments are welcome.
