Validate documents

• Use the W3C HTML Validator.
• Use the W3C CSS Validator and CSS1 Test Suite.
• Use HTML Tidy to clean up markup.
• Use Amaya editor/browser to publish valid markup.
• No more broken links! Use the W3C Link Checker. Find out why Cool URIs don't change.
• Use the Simple RDF Parser and Compiler (SiRPAC) to parse and visualize RDF statements written with the XML 1.0 syntax.

Promote Web access

• Follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. Use the checklist as a reference.
• Promote internationalization by using Charlint to validate or normalize Unicode (UTF-8) data.
