User Directed Font Family Adjustments
- Use case
- A reading system/UA provides users a mechanism for displaying content in a custom font. For instance, some readers may prefer a sans-serif font (called, say, serifless) for reading on their particular screen, however the publisher has chosen a serif font (called dangles) as the default for content. In addition, there may be other content in the same volume that displays computer code. This content is in a third font, (incodealotta) which is sans-serif, monospace with clear distinctions for glyphs like zero and capital 'O' (oh), one and lowercase 'l' (el), etc. The user would like the body font 'dangles' to be replaced with their chosen font 'serifless', but wants the code content to remain in 'incodealotta'.
