• 10 May 2012 {jtobias} - I think that the management aspects, especially those relating to motivation, strategy, continuity, and program evaluation, shouldn't be associated with WCAG, but with a management tool such as BS 8878 [1]. There are other WAI materials that deal with getting a commitment, consistent performance, building accessibility into the development process, etc., but WCAG is a bad fit.
