    • Proposal:
      • Step 1: Staging
        • Stage resource under publications directory
        • Put in a separate parallel directory to the REC files
        • If REC files are in 6-rec, put resources in parallel (sibling) directory called 6-resources
        • If use subdirectory under REC directory will cause problems with tools
        • URLs and content types should be documented in a README.md file
        • Files should all use public, official URLs, not github links

      • Step 2: Installation
        • Copy to wot-resources repo under appropriate versioning subdirectory (e.g. 2023-10-03, etc)

      • Objection needs to be addressed, but can be dealt with by adding back "all known" to draft charter.
      • Proposed Resolution: add back "all known" phrase to security success criteria in draft charter to resolve the objection.
      • However, actually, it's caused by the latest Charter template and we can't fix by ourselves.
