WCAG 2.2 Timeline

From WCAG WG

The draft of WCAG 2.2 has been published and, as of June 2020, is in wide review. The Working Group is reviewing comments received.

  • 2021-04: Publish second wide review draft.
  • 2021-06: Comment deadline on second wide review draft.
  • 2021-08 2021-09: Enter Candidate Recommendation.
  • 2021-09 2021-11: Deliver implementation report and enter Proposed Recommendation.
  • 2021-10 2021-12: Publish Recommendation.
