Yes, maybe there should be a formal charter for it. Alternately,
perhaps we could build on the momentum of the HTML5 Japanese IG and make
it part of that?
I would be happy to write up a charter for a Japanese SVG IG Charter,
which may help set expectations better. Forming the existing SVG IG JP
was one of the first groups I did, and in retrospect, it could clearly
have been handled better.
Shall I communicate back to Jun and draw up a new charter if he agrees?
