Is IA2_EVENT_OBJECT_ATTRIBUTE_CHANGED fired in response to object attributes changing?

FF currently fires these for aria- grabbed and aria- dropeffect attribute changes, but I don't have time at the moment to confirm if that is all.

Confirmed that we only fire for these changes at this time.

Added to table of events to be fired when properties attributes change.
