http://mimesniff.spec.whatwg.org/#determining-the-sniffed-mime-type-of-a-resource

The check-for-apache-bug flag is set by the "supplied MIME type detection algorithm", but it's not clear at all whether that algorithm is invoked by the "MIME type sniffing algorithm" algorithm, and even if it is, it's not clear what the scope of the flag is. Is it UA global? Thread-local? Scoped to the parent algorithm? Scoped to the current algorithm? Something else?
