The catalogue entry for fn-nilled-9 says that the query to be run is
fn-nilled-8. This appears to be incorrect.

Correct.   Catalog entry was changed.  Please cloe bug when able to verify.

I have no clue how this one got through.  Changed
the current (not realeased) catalof to read:

<test-case is-XPath2="false" name="fn-nilled-9"
...
<query name="fn-nilled-9" date="2005-11-16"/>

...
