Description Simon Sapin 2014-07-06 18:18:30 UTC
HTML refers to "The domain label to ASCII algorithm" and "The domain label to Unicode algorithm" defined in http://url.spec.whatwg.org/ , but these have been replaced by "domain to ASCII" and "domain to Unicode". (The URL standard does not have a concept of domain labels anymore.)

Checked in as WHATWG revision r8740.
Check-in comment: Follow URL spec terminology changes
