ForExprType047 should raise XPST0051, not XPTY0004. xs:NMTOKENS is not an atomic
type.

Also, the comment describing this test in the catalog bears no relationship to
what the test actually does.

Conversely, ForExprType061 should raise XPTY0004, not XPST0051. There is no
QName in this SequenceType that is being used as an atomic type; in fact the
error in this test cannot possibly be detected statically.
