The following text from section 4.11.1 describes conflicting behaviours when the open attribute is absent on the details element: "When the element is created, if the attribute is absent, the details should be hidden; if the attribute is absent, the details should be shown." The text should read: "When the element is created, if the attribute is absent, the details should be hidden; if the attribute is present the details should be shown."
