MinimalConformance:Expressions:FLWOR:OrderbyExpr:OrderbyExprWith:orderBy22

 and orderBy29 query all NegativeNumbers from
 orderData, but it expects them to be serialized
 as xs:double (while they are xs:decimal)

Changed results.  Serialize results as decimas.

Sorry forgot about orderBy29.  Fixed it as well.
