We should do a save (without edits) on each page that came in from the MSDN import in order to get the {{Page_Title}} template to show up on it. Once we've done that we can again turn on printing of that template and suppress built-in headers again (see 19291)

Actually, this is more important than I thought since without the {{Page_Title}} template at import, none of the pages have the information necessary for us to do more complex queries on them for API_Listing pages.

And it's even worse, since imported articles that should have (at least blank) compatibility tables won't have any until they're touched, for some reason.
