empty sequence)" is closed with ")" instead of
":)" so the query cannot be correctly evaluated

Agree.  No idea how this one slipped through.  Fixed by using the correct 
syntax.  I do agree with the assestment from datadirect.

Corrected comment characters.  Will be correct for the next version of the 
test suite.
