What should happen when trying to fullscreen an element that is display:none or visibility:hidden? What should happen when the fullscreen element changes to display:none or visibility:hidden? Maybe it makes sense to throw for the former case and exit fullscreen for the latter?
Seems there are other ways to get nonsensical states of the fullscreen element with author styles, so this isn't really special.
