The meeting will be collocated with a face to face meeting of the W3C Data on the Web Best Practices WG See that group's agenda. The schedule therefore is approximately:

• Monday 14th March
  • W3C WG meeting (all day)
• Tuesday 15th March
  • W3C WG meeting (morning)
  • Joint meeting (afternoon)
  • Share-PSI folks should be present no later than 14:00.
  • We are hoping to be joined by members of the Croatian government late afternoon, when both groups can seek feedback.

• Wednesday 16th March
  • Share-PSI meeting (all day, ending by 16:00)

Please note that Share-PSI members who are not also W3C WG members will be very welcome to observe and comment on the W3C meeting. Likewise, W3C WG members will be invited to observe and comment on the Share-PSI meeting. The division between the 'two meetings' really only applies to agenda setting, who is chairing, IPR issues, formalities of the meeting etc.

Both groups have developed a set of best practices, both groups are gathering evidence of implementation, that is, evidence that the advice offered is accepted, recognised and followed by the wider community. Each group therefore provides a useful source of such evidence for the other.

  • Question: do we want Carola to send D7.1.1 to the reviewers for informal comment?
  • Expectation for the final version, D7.2 (from the DoW: Stable version of the best practices document demonstrating impact of preceding workshops). Formal request submiited to Carola for this to be submitted at the end of the project, i.e. 2016-08-01, not end of March as originally planned.
