[Odrl-version2] Delivery Channel?

In news, we often need to express a permission or restriction that
relates to a particular delivery channel.  For example:

NO MOBILE
NO INTERNET
EXAMINER ONLINE OUT

(The last example means that a particular newspaper (The Examiner) isn't
allowed to use a particular piece of content on its website - although,
by implication, other websites are fine).

I thought that I might model this a Constraint.  The two possible
constraints that might make sense, I suppose, might be Spatial (on the
grounds that the Internet is sort of like a place) or perhaps Product is
a better fit?  However, is it possible to add a new constraint of
"Delivery Channel" (or perhaps "Distribution Channel")?
