[Odrl-version2] Container Semantics

@ Permissions: 
 
The permissions tied together with "AND" really seems to be not
necessary, but maybe we should keep them due to completeness. Also the
CAN and MUST do not read fluently to me. How about using MAY, e.g. "you
MAY perform any one of the actions", "you MAY perform only one of the
actions." 
 
Suggestion:
 
Permission/OR:  The related party MAY perform ANY (AT LEAST) one of the
actions.
Permission/AND: The related party MUST perform All of the actions
Permission/XOR:  The related party MAY perform only ONE of the actions
 
@ Prohibitions: Suggestion:
 
Prohibition/OR:      The related party MAY NOT perform AT LEAST one of
the actions.   
Prohibition/AND:    The related party MAY NOT perform ALL of the
actions.   
Prohibition/XOR:     The related party MAY NOT perform only ONE of the
actions.
 
@ Duty: Suggestion:
 
Duty/OR:        The related party MUST perform AT LEAST one of the
actions. 
Duty/AND:    The related party MUST perform ALL of the actions. 
Duty/XOR:     The related party MUST perform only ONE of the actions 
 
@ Constraint: Suggestion:
 
Constraint/OR:  The related permission/prohibition/duty is restricted by
AT LEAST one of the constraints.
Constraint/AND:   The related permission/prohibition/duty is restricted
by ALL of the constraints.
Constraint/XOR:    The related permission/prohibition/duty is restricted
by only ONE of the constraints.

As we discussed at the last teleconference [1], we are going to create/
update the definitions of OR/AND/XOR for *each* of the core entities
(Permission, Prohibition, Duty, Constraint):

Permission/OR:  You can perform Any one of the actions
Permission/AND: You must perform All of the actions
Permission/XOR:         You can perform Only one of the actions

Prohibition/OR:         ?
Prohibition/AND:        ?
Prohibition/XOR:        ?

Duty/OR:        ?
Duty/AND:       ?
Duty/XOR:       ?

Constraint/OR:  ?
Constraint/AND:         ?
Constraint/XOR:         ?

We need to define these semantically to match the core entity and the
mathematical operator....

Any comments/additions/feedback welcome!!
