Example 3: Why isn't a long description required?

Add to example that a long description is required which gives the same information as the image; Related issues: (space separated ids); WG Notes: [TEAMC] [ ] I think the intent here is that the tutorial text has essentially provided the long description within the content. Thus, only a short text alternative is required for the image. Iâ€™m not sure what the last sentence of this example refers to? Is it supposed to be a reference/link or is it the proposed description? There is no audio and the animation is part of a tutorial that describes how an engine works. "Since the text of the tutorial already provides a full explanation, the text alternative has a brief description of the image and refers to the tutorial text for more information." So the alternate text provides a short description and mentions that the animation is described in the text that follows it.; (Please make sure the resolution is adapted for public consumption)
