Consider the idea of sorting vs filtering the collected data. There is an option to create an HTML table that is sortable by category. The HTML policy table prototype is on GitHub. Another idea is to create the ability to set filters that will manage the information presentation. Please consider these two options and discuss your preference and the rationale.
There was brief discussion about sorting vs. filtering during the teleconference.
Comments can be submitted via GitHub issue #13 (preferred) or in the space below.

I like both approaches so I will go with Editor’s discretion as long as it is easy to find which countries have actual laws versus something else and be able to get more info about it then it will serve its purpose. |

I don't have a strong opinion either way. A sortable table by column header would seem sufficient and less work. |

Make sure the Status is clear and in the detailed section as well. It should be very easy (at a glance) to find which countries have actual laws versus something else and to what level of WCAG it is. |

I looked at it. There are a lot of issues and questions in the comments. I spent all my time on the form. I'm happy to talk through some issues in the teleconference, if that's most efficient. I'll try to get through it all by Wed 25 Jan. |

in the interest of being brief, I would cut the first for 4 sections (disclaimer, status and updates, intro, terms...) and maybe take one or 2 sentences total from them and add to the Table section. I think the table should be front and center... the specific details can be left at the bottom and linked to throughout the table. if disclaimers or whatever are necessary, i would put them at the bottom, if we must mention them up front, then just link to them. |

https://github.com/w3c/wai-policieslist/issues/15#issuecomment-273356657 (I did this first -- partly because it was easier ;-) and partly thinking we might want to prioritize the form so we can get started getting data in the database while we refine the main page...) |
