Shawn Lawton Henry | 1 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 3 | reaching-monobox -- mellow. not upbeat. don't like for these videos. parade-the-lakes -- nice. upbeat, cheery, active. morning-bustle -- active, cheery. city-lights -- alive. something is coming. something is happening. possibly too suspenseful? [coincidence or meant-to-be that title is same as BAD site?!? <https://www.w3.org/WAI/demos/bad/after/home.html> :-] another-happy-day -- bouncy, active, happy, young. maybe too distracting? or good for the young persona? |
Mark Palmer | 4 | 1 | 3 | 3 | 3 | |
Brent Bakken | 2 | 4 | 1 | 2 | 5 | Reaching Monobox: Too sleepy Parade the Lakes: Good soft easy listening background Morning Bustle: A little to fast and tense City Lights: Too dramatic and therefor the wrong tone Another Happy Day: Very lite and good tempo (not to upbeat to be distracting) |
Michele Williams | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | "Another happy day" is my favorite (through process of elimination). It's a little feminine but I think will keep from sounding too somber or too much like inspiration porn. "City lights" is my next favorite though it sounds like music I hear at contemporary church services. "Morning bustle" sounds like ones I hear in commercials here in the U.S.; might sound familiar to others as well. "Parade" sounds too happy and "Reaching" sounds too somber. |
Daniel Montalvo | 5 | 3 | 2 | 4 | 1 | Another-happy-day it is really not that i don't like at all, it's that there is something that they are doing with the panning of the rodex keyboard that is very distracting. IF they could just use a more static panning I would be happy with it. |
Jade Matos Carew | 1 | 3 | 1 | 4 | 1 | We just conducted a short piece of research on a choice of music with our usability research panel, I was really surprised by the number and variety of opinions which came back. Off the back of my recent experience with that, I think this music choice might warrant further discussion. Reaching Monobox: Just no, music for a funeral. Parade the Lakes: Quite positive, a good choice for the personas videos. Morning Bustle: Too much going on in the melody for it to be background music. City Lights: This will be good for the tools/abilities videos, it builds quite positively. Another Happy Day: I think it's too staccato and that'll be distracting |
Kevin White | 2 | 3 | 4 | 3 | 5 | Reaching Monobox - too sedentary Parade the lakes - good up beat, bit ompha-ompha from :30 Morning bustle - nice and light City lights - Good, start has a bit of an anticipatory build Another happy day - good up beat, stero bounces I think |
