XML Infoset Second Edition Is a Proposed Edited Recommendation

The XML Core Working Group has published the XML Information Set, Second Edition (Infoset) as a Proposed Edited Recommendation. The document updates the Infoset to cover XML 1.1 and Namespaces 1.1, clarifies the consequences of certain kinds of invalidity, and corrects typographical errors.
