I've noticed that version 11.3, just released [1], isn't in the version drop-down of the bug tracker.

I'm reporting this as, specially now that the version was released, one should be able to report bugs against that particular version.

I'm not sure if the pre-release versions (11.3-pre1) should also be created: I'd say maybe not, given that the final release is already available... :-)
