Notation
"The mapping function [[]]_SequenceOp is defined by the following tables:"
    s/tables/table/

Table
    Maybe italicize 'SequenceOp' in table headers (as in 4.4 and 4.5.2).

Norm / rule 1
    Italicize the pattern 'SequenceOp' (not the subscript).
