Checklink shouldn't default to an arbitrary language (english ATM) when sending Accept-Language headers. In web mode, it should probably default to sending the ones it receives from the client, and in command line mode there should be a option for specifying its exact value. Suggested by Martin Duerst in <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-validator/2002Dec/0086.html>.
Fixed in 3.6.2.1.
