Management summary

Challenge

Open Data customers/users define value differently. In the past, customers judged the value of a product or service on the basis of some combination of quality and price. Today’s customers, especially in Open Data context by contrast, have an expanded concept of value which not all of them are well recognizable by Open Data providers.

Solution

The four following types of Open Data Value Discipline/s help Open Data-driven Organization managers focus on delivering superior customer value in line with the selected Discipline/s.
