Next Steps
The W3C Membership, and in particular, the working groups in the above activities
are invited to review this submission and advise on its disposition; options
include:

W3C may express no further interest in the area addressed by the submission.

Member organizations may express interest in the submission and propose a
Working Group to develop the specification.

An existing Working Group may integrate a new work item based on the submission
into its charter.
