First Public Working Draft: Accessibility Conformance Testing (ACT) Rules Format 1.1

The Accessibility Guidelines Working Group has published a First Public Working Draft of Accessibility Conformance Testing (ACT) Rules Format 1.1, which defines a format for writing accessibility test rules.
