Mediastream Image Capture Draft Published

The Web Real-Time Communication Working Group and Device APIs Working Group have published the First Public Working Draft of Mediastream Image Capture. This document specifies the takePhoto() and getFrame() methods, and corresponding camera settings for use with MediaStreams as defined in Media Capture and Streams.
