Call for Review: High Resolution Time Proposed Recommendation Published

The Web Performance Working Group has published a Proposed Recommendation of High Resolution Time. This specification defines a JavaScript interface that provides the current time in sub-millisecond resolution and such that it is not subject to system clock skew or adjustments.
