Last Call: Resource Timing; First Draft of Performance Timeline

The Web Performance Working Group has published a Last Call Working Draft of Resource Timing. This specification defines an interface for web applications to access timing information related to HTML elements. Comments are welcome through 15 September. The Working Group also published the First Public Working Draft of Performance Timeline, which defines an interface for web applications to access timing information related to navigation and elements.
