First Draft of Navigation Timing Draft Published

The Web Performance Working Group has published the First Public Working Draft of Navigation Timing. To address the need for complete information on user experience, this document introduces the NavigationTiming interfaces. This interface allows JavaScript mechanisms to provide complete client-side latency measurements within applications.
