Web Services Addressing Is a W3C Recommendation

The World Wide Web Consortium today released Web Services Addressing - Core and its SOAP Binding as W3C Recommendations. The core properties allow uniform addressing of Web services and messages, independent of the underlying transport. The binding defines their association to SOAP messages.
