Note: Rich Web Application Backplane

The Hypertext Coordination Group has released Rich Web Application Backplane as a Coordination Group Note describing a common infrastructure for declarative and imperative Web programming languages. The common building blocks for Web applications such as submission, data models, model-view binding and behavior, and Web components may thus be used for multiple markup formats.
