DIAL to Improve User Experience by Adapting Web Content

The W3C Device Independence Working Group has released the First Public Working Draft of Device Independent Authoring Language (DIAL). DIAL describes data, styling, layout, and interaction independently, making Web content adaptable for a wide variety of platforms including the thousands of mobile devices in use and devices to come.
