Working Group Note: Extending XLink 1.0

The XML Core Working Group has released Extending XLink 1.0 as a Working Group Note. The document describes changes that could be incorporated into an XLink Version 1.1 specification to address usability, dependence on annotations provided by external grammars, and interoperability.
