Web Services Addressing Is a W3C Candidate Recommendation

W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of Web Services Addressing - Core and its SOAP Binding to Candidate Recommendation. The core specification defines properties that allow uniform addressing of Web services and messages, independent of the underlying transport.
