W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of the XML Key Management Specification (XKMS 2.0) and its Bindings to Candidate Recommendation. The documents specify protocols for distributing and registering public keys for use with the XML Signature and XML Encryption W3C Recommendations. Comments are welcome through 1 October.
