Representing Classes As Property Values on the Semantic Web

The Semantic Web Best Practices and Deployment (SWBPD) Working Group has released the First Public Working Draft of Representing Classes As Property Values on the Semantic Web. Comments are welcome. The draft examines approaches to using classes as property values in OWL DL. OWL DL supports users of the OWL Web Ontology Language who want computational completeness and decidability.
