Working Draft: Authoring Techniques for Device Independence

The Device Independence Working Group has released the first public Working Draft of Authoring Techniques for Device Independence. The document provides a summary of several techniques and best practices that Web site authors and solution providers may employ when creating and delivering content to a diverse set of access mechanisms.
