Requirements for the Ink Markup Language Published

The Multimodal Interaction Working Group has released Requirements for the Ink Markup Language as a W3C Note. This data format represents ink entered with an electronic pen or stylus, and is used to input and process handwriting, gestures, sketches, music and other notational languages.
