Framework for I18n Guidelines Working Draft Published

The Guidelines, Education & Outreach Task Force (GEO) of the Internationalization Working Group has published a Working Draft of a Framework Document for i18n Guidelines 1.0. I18n is shorthand for "internationalization." GEO has a mandate to make the internationalization aspects of W3C technology better understood and more widely and consistently used.
