China International Forum Postponed

The China International Forum on WWW's Development 2003 to be held in Beijing, China on 16-17 April has been postponed. W3C and the W3C Office in Hong Kong regret the inconvenience to everyone who planned to attend the event. Once they have been determined, new dates will be publicized.
