XML Encryption Candidate Recommendations Revised

The XML Encryption Working Group has released two revised Candidate Recommendations, XML Encryption Syntax and Processing and its Decryption Transform. Encryption makes sensitive data confidential for storage or transmission. Please refer to the "Status of This Document" sections for summaries of changes. Comments are welcome through 13 September.
