SOAP 1.2 Attachment Feature Last Call Published

The XML Protocol Working Group has released a Last Call Working Draft of the SOAP 1.2 Attachment Feature. The draft can be used as the basis for defining SOAP bindings that support the transmission of messages with attachments. Comments are welcome through 15 October.
