RDF Concepts and Abstract Syntax Working Draft Published

The RDF Core Working Group has released a Working Draft of the Resource Description Framework (RDF) Concepts and Abstract Syntax (formerly named Concepts and Abstract Data Model). The draft defines the abstract graph syntax on which RDF is based. It discusses design goals, the meaning of RDF documents, key concepts, character normalization and handling of URI references.
